In recent studies, report generation was a recurring theme expressed by IT leaders to build custom dashboards and export large sets of data.

In phase three of the BD Platform development, our product roadmap included a feature to allow customers to build their down custom dashboards and export custom sets of data so they could create their own reports.

User research found that customers sometimes have trouble understanding alerts and what incident response steps are needed based on the alert details.

Originally cut from the initial release of the BD Platform, the Alerts feature gets reintroduced as an updated feature in the platform to provide significant value.

User research found that users were struggling to effectively respond to security incidents because the third-party ticket system we were using did not fit well in their workflow.

We decided to pursue an integrated ticketing experience where users could work an incident in-platform.

BEMO was in the midst of growing their business and conceptualizing a platform that could meet customer needs and demonstrate value.

I was contracted to work for BEMO as their preferred UX consultant and designer. Here, I managed the UI and UX process and consulted with the product team to design and refine interactive prototypes.

At OuterBox, I was able to work on hundreds of projects spanning numerous industries. Our main purpose was to deliver high-performing B2C, B2B SEO-driven websites to help drive revenues and conversions for our clients.
